BCB Berhad, initially established in Malaysia as a private limited company on July 13, 1988, under the name Kemajuan Buditama Sdn. Bhd., has embarked on a remarkable journey of transformation and growth. On August 21, 1995, BCB underwent a significant change as it transitioned into a public company, adopting its present name, BCB Berhad. Subsequently, on December 3, 1996, it achieved another milestone by listing on the main board of Bursa Malaysia.
BCB Berhad's roots are deeply anchored in Kluang, Johor. It proudly holds the distinction of being one of the largest property developer in Batu Pahat and Kluang. The company's development projects span across Kluang, Batu Pahat, and Johor Bahru, contributing significantly to the growth and development of these regions.
In 2010, BCB ventured into the dynamic Klang Valley, where it has since established a strong presence. Today, it stands as the proud owner and developer of the high-end Concerto North Kiara condominium project in Kuala Lumpur, as well as the high-end gated and guarded bungalow township known as Hometree Kota Kemuning in Shah Alam, Selangor.
